Welcome to my website and my blogs. Blogging is new to me. I am going to share with you snippets of my life and also facts about autism and the people who are challenged with it.

My son James was diagnosed with autism when he was just 26 months old. We began to see issues that concerned us by 15 months. Thanks to advice given by my cousin Melodie, James began receiving services through early intervention services by 18 months.

Did you know that 1 in 68 children age 12 and older are currently diagnosd with autism? The younger they can begin receiving services, the higher their rate at being successful as they get older.
